Hiking at Altitude
Altitude sickness isn't a concern on the Tour du Mont Blanc. The highest elevations encountered on the standard route don't surpass 8,530 feet. You might, however, as you acclimatize you may experience breathlessness, an elevated pulse while ascending, headache, and difficulty sleeping.
To more quickly adjust to high altitude
